It's no secret - fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I will soon have the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.

ISSA Powerlifting Instructor

Powerlifting is just one of the many fitness training methods that exist today. This training technique focuses on maximum strength, and utilizing three main movements - squat, bench and deadlift. 

Advanced Powerlifting Specialist means you'll have the specific knowledge you need to:

  • Explain and understand the basic movements of the human body
  • Evaluate and assess your clients' current physical ability, and how to progress them to their desired goals
  • Identify movement issues and prevent injury
  • Create individualized programs for your client tailored to their body's starting point, needs and goals

As an Advanced Powerlifting Specialist I'll be able to help my clients move better in their daily lives, reduce risk of injury and crush their strength goals.
